Process Algebra and Performance Modelling Workshop
The aim of the workshop is to bring together researchers and
practitioners interested in the development and application of
process algebras to performance modelling. The focus is on the
interplay between functional and performance analysis in a
process-algebra setting.
Topics at the workshop include:
- process algebras and their application to performance modelling
- the relationship between stochastic process algebras and other
modelling paradigms
- case studies
- formal aspects of other approaches to performance modelling
- timed and probabilistic extensions of other formal description
techniques that are used for performance evaluation
