ICBL has several Computer-Based Learning projects involving the Web,such as ISLE, ELF and TelePrompt, mainly because of its hyper-media structure. They also have other projects involving CMC and distance learning, such as CoLearn, which is an ISDN-based multimedia environment, and even though this is not based on the Web it is still relevant to our research since we share the same interest, which is Distance Computer-Mediated Education evaluation.
