Whiskies in Lapointe & Legendre taste ordering

This appendix should really not be taken out of context but should be read in conjunction with the the complete paper by Lapointe and Legendre. They applied statistical techniques to Michael Jackson's tasting notes, using a selection of frequently used key words and this classification was the result. It is reproduced here for interest and should not be taken as a hard and fast classification!
