Members' comments "A fine whisky - not to my taste entirely". "Too much peat". "Although it isn't typical Islay, it still requires acquired taste. Once it is acquired, the whisky is a very pleasant one". "Very enjoyable. Disappointing if the heavy overtones of Islay malt is wanted. Very acceptable if a biggish malty whisky is wanted. Can be enjoyed before or after an enjoyable meal". "Most pleasant, smooth, peaty whisky. One of the finest I've tasted". "Pleasant. No outstanding features". "A fine malty whisky - pre- and postprandial. Excellent malt. One of my favourites. A big whisky".
