In the Lowland tradition, Rosebank is triple-distilled and is a component of the George IV blends. Rosebank is at Camelon, Falkirk, on the Forth-Clyde canal between Edinburgh and Glasgow. The distillery's origins may be as early as 1817. Its history begins to emerge more clearly in the 1840s and some buildings from the 1850s and 1860s survive, straddling the main road.
