Finite Sets

The finite set datatype is a family of types parameterised by nat, where the type fin n has exactly n elements, which can be thought of as the set of numbers $\{0,\ldots,n-1\}$.

The function f_plus lifts elements from $\{0,\ldots,n-1\}$ to $\{0,\ldots,m+n-1\}$, f_plus_assoc coerces elements in $\{0,\ldots,(m+(n+o))-1\}$ to $\{0,\ldots,((m+n)+o))-1\}$.
