On point 2;
I set up a machine for a student to do this very work
on, over the summer. The test machine was a 486dx2/66
and used a roller ball in place of a mouse. I
understand that the student was succesful in
producing web pages that were limited to CS and
approved links.
Irene Orr was supervising, if I recall correctly.
