Located Pi-Calculus

There are two main roads to characterise distributed 
computing in program calculi. Either the lambda-calculus is extended 
by notion of mobility and distribution. Or one uses the mobility
notion of the pi-calculus and introduces a notion of locality.
This second approach is realised in this note. Technically
the sorting discipline of pi-calculus is used for achieving the goal.
