I am from Venezuela, I did my PhD at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Edinburgh, under the supervision of Jane Hillston and Rob Pooley, and funded by the the Venezuelan Council for Scientific and Technological Research (CONICIT).
My undergraduate degree I did at the Universidad Central de Venezuela (U.C.V.) and my MSc at the Imperial College in London, both in Computer Science.
I am interested in Petri net models for the design, specification and evaluation of parallel and concurrent systems. My PhD thesis was on a methodology for the compositional construction and analysis of Petri net systems (soon I will make it available on the web)
