A single copy of the software is licensed for use on one computer.
Two copies of the software allows use on up to 5 computers.
Each additional copy allows use on 5 more computers, up to 20.
Above that each additional copy provides for use on another 
20 computers, up to a total of 100.
Beyond that we write customized site license agreements.

Our site license formula for font sets is modelled on that the above table.
The only difference is that the limitation is not on the number of computers,
but on the number of display screens and printers.  So two copies of one font
set provide for use on up to 5 display screens and up to 5 printers or other
hardcopy output devices.

In addition, we follow the widely accepted practice of permitting use of the
fonts at a service bureau when printing to an imagesetter or typesetter.
The assumption being that the servive bureaus does not retain a coy after use.

PostScript Files containing fonts, Acrobat PDF files containing fonts:

Please note that PostScript files containing fonts licensed from Y&Y 
(and many other foundries) may *not* be distributed, posted on InterNet for
anonymous FTP, or on the World Wide Web.  PostScript files made using
DVIPSONE - which uses partial font downloading - may be an exception under
certain circumstances - but *contact* us first before using such files.

Similarly, Adobe Acrobat PDF files may not be distributed since they contain
the fonts.  Acrobat 2.0 Distiller with `Make Font SubSets' checked may be an
exception - but again, *contact* us first before using such files.
