1 Introducing the MLWorks Libraries
mlworks or mlworks-basis, provides the structures MLWorks, Shell, and General at top level, and a number of other items available unqualified by module names, such as basic ML types and arithmetic operators.
The MLWorks and Shell structures are MLWorks libraries discussed later in this chapter. The General structure is part of the Standard ML Basis library.
