Migrating your Website

Please make sure you migrate your site to slip0102A account before the start of the Summer Term.

I've already created a directory for everyone please use it and respect other peoples.

The directory naming convention goes like this:

www/people/<username>

To reach this direcory log in to the slip account.

This means that the site root relative URL of your site is now:

/home/slip0102A/people/<username>

You will have to change any absolute or root relative URLs that refered to your old web site.

The last thing to do is delete the index.html file currently in your new directory.
