Choosing the style of education is extremely important at this
stage. Before we embark on defining our effectiveness model, we have
to know exactly what do we want to measure. Different styles will have
different requirements and expectations, therefore, the data that will
define our analysis can be completely different. In our case, we will
have to look at specific short-duration job-training issues.
- post-training support
- Email, bulletin boards can improve the
level of post-training support, can this be a crucial factor on
its success ?
- training resources
- a training course can sometimes be seen as
perk by members of staff, when such a perk becomes publicly
available, it ceases to be a perk, what can the consequences be ?
- motivation
- How would motivation be affected ?
- media
- influence of media upon the instructional process
- new roles
- New roles might be created, and how will this be
managed ? Perhaps the tutor might not be the most appropriate
person to prepare the material ?
- learner support
- Will the distance learning environment allow
for support while the learning process is happening ?
- etc.
