Regular Euro-Par papers are 8 LNCS pages in length (with a limited number of distinguished papers being offered 12 pages). For CMPP, we allow a much more generous page limit. We suggest that you submit more recent and voluminous work to CMPP and more settled work which can be explained more concisely to Euro-Par.
