Information access

It is of course crucial to our research. As we mentioned in the previous section, there are several institutions running projects on WWW/Internet and Distance Computer-Mediated Education. We don't exactly know to what extent collecting data from these several institutions will represent a problem. Some institutions might choose not to collaborate with our research due to the fact that they themselves are probably working on similar lines; or perhaps that they are not interested in obtaining results for political/organisational reasons; or because they just don't feel like helping. Well, basically what we are trying to say here is that there are one million reasons why they might decide not to collaborate.
